Kitchens

Whether or not you're a die-hard chef looking for a professional set up, an avid party host looking for a chic space to entertain, or you're just looking for something to act as a centerpiece for your home, we can offer you a customized kitchen that meets your needs without sacrificing on style or quality. It's all a matter of paying attention to the right details. Here are how some of our previous clients handled their own unique situations...

Westlake Village - Traditional

This homeowner decided to go with a more traditional looking kitchen, featuring Shaker, or recessed panel doors, white paint for the cabinet finish, more ornate drawer pulls and door handles, but kept it fresh with gleaming stainless steel appliances. The end result is a classic look that will stand the test of time.

Hollywood - Modern

For this kitchen, the homeowner favored a more modern look, utilizing flat doors and drawer fronts, as well as streamlined pulls and knobs. They also took advantage of alternative storage solutions with open shelved cabinets and floating shelves on the wall. These touches not only lend to the more modern look of the kitchen, but allow for homey touches by displaying items such as fine china, family photos, or other conversation pieces that give the room some personality.

Santa Monica - Contrasts

This project produced a very unique challenge. The homeowner was short on space, plus they struggled with the style and color. Rather than choose, we helped them find a blend that made their kitchen truly unique. The Shaker doors are a more traditional touch, especially with the white finish, but the sleek and modern looking hardware gives it an edgier feel. In addition the use of a dark color on the island provided a pleasing visual contrast. Also, we were able to take advantage of the island to address their space concerns by providing a dining area, as well as additional storage.

Manhattan Beach - Leaving Your Mark

For this kitchen, the homeowner wanted to do something a little off the beaten path, but nothing too outrageous. The solution was simply to change things up a little: they decided on a traditional look with Shaker doors, decorative hardware, and an encasement for their hood. To make it uniquely theirs, however, they chose a more modern color scheme with black handles & pulls as well as a darker color for the painted finish. The end result is timeless, but features their own personal flair.

Hermosa Beach - Minimalism

Sometimes, less can be more, and these homeowners were very much aware of that. They decided on a very modern take with flat panel doors and drawers, a white finish for a very clean look, but the hardware was kept to a subtle minimum with the primary use of tab pulls for cabinet access throughout the room. The larger handles used where necessary provide maximum functionality, while breaking up the look just enough to be interesting.

Malibu - Marching To Your Own Drummer

Inspired by a very unusual island they saw, this homeowner decided they wanted to do something bold in their kitchen, something not normally seen. Using the island as a focus, with its multi-level, offset design, we continued this theme of going against the grain with the use of Italy's premiere distributor of textured panels, Cleaf, namely their Linen finish, on the cabinet faces as well as a mix of knobs and pulls for the doors and drawers in a gold finish that contrasted the stainless steel appliances. In the end, the homeowner had a wholly individualized style come to life, all from the inspiration provided by a single component.
