In over twenty years, our goal has remained unchanged. Beginning with a single unit in the Southern California suburb of Canoga Park, brothers Bijan & Daryoush Zaghi teamed up to create a business built on simple, but clear principles of quality and value. Home renovations are already hard enough, and some spaces can be challenging to deal with--Bijan and Daryoush were up to the task, and wanted to make it as simple to deal with as possible.

So it was that Nu Design was born: a shop offering basic kitchen remodeling services for the San Fernando Valley, striving for excellence within means: quality casework that could fit even the tightest budget.

As time progressed, business grew--and the brothers rose to meet the challenge. In addition to kitchens, they began to accept more varied projects: bathrooms, garages, closets, and later fixtures for stores as well as medical offices in need of cabinetry. Word began to spread, compelling them to expand their area of service...and it continues even to this day.

Now, not only has our business expanded to a multi-unit workshop with state of the art equipment, but we proudly service all of Southern California, and continue to improve our ability to serve our customers through additional work in handling multi-unit dwellings and high end showcase homes that have fetched record-setting prices in their neighborhoods.

In addition to our pride in our work, we are also exceptionally proud of the fact that our primary means of advertising is through our clients: we receive more work via word of mouth recommendations than we do via any other avenue--and at times, it's more work than we can handle! Our clients include Hollywood celebrities, property investors, developers, general contractors, educational and medical institutions, , as well as local business owners. We are humbled by their loyalty, and we strive to uphold the faith or clients put in us--whether it's a seasoned developer or a first time home owner, we believe in treating every person who comes through our door as our most important client.
