For this complex of 100+ units, the developer wanted something functional yet stylish to attract tenants. We came up with this simple shelf & pole system, featuring the use of brackets to save on costs by eliminating the need for full length panels. The addition of a single tower provides storage shelves and a space for pullout baskets, maximizing the usable storage space without sacrificing on quality.
Los Angeles - The Standard Plus
The developer of this multi unit complex wanted to go a step above a simple shelf and pole setup for each apartment. The addition of drawer banks with pullout baskets below provide more in terms of storage, allowing future tenants to take advantage of the available space in even units such as this one, with smaller closets and narrower points of access.
Encino - Medical Office
This pediatrician needed more than simple storage space in their exam rooms. Through the use of hardware and lighting, we gave their casework a stylish touch, and with the use of floating shelves allowed them to put treats and special surprises on full display, offering an additional element of comfort to their young patients.
Tarzana - Dental Office
When contracted to create the casework for this dental office, we focused on dark colors to match the warmer color scheme of the space and provide a more soothing atmosphere to nervous patients. Here in the waiting area, the magazine rack eliminates clutter, and the space for a small refrigerator allows for added amenities that enhance the hospitable atmosphere.
UCLA - Labs & Classrooms
For educational establishments, there are often very specific needs that must be met in terms of casework. Calabasas - Gas Station Food Mart
Retail spaces can present unique challenges, and this gas station was no exception. The owner wanted to go with a higher class look, and we helped them achieve it through the use of high gloss finishes on the woodgrain cabinet faces and display fixtures. The use of abstract, rounded pulls lent an additional touch of class, even behind the sales counter.
